We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our  People team for a full-time position in Tel Aviv. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an essential role in fueling our company’s growth strategy by attracting and identifying extraordinary talent. You will be a part of a greater talent acquisition team and consistently contribute to individual and organizational goals, while working in a fast paced and fluid work environment.

What You’ll Do:   

  • Leading the full cycle of hiring processes for various technology roles as well as other roles, including handling sourcing, resumes screening, phone and F2F interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiation. 
  • Collaborating with the company’s leadership team to build and facilitate the best hiring processes and talent acquisitions. 
  • Improve recruitment channels by using innovative souring techniques while always ensuring an excellent candidate experience. 
  • Collaborate with various teams in the organization to support strategic initiatives and wide recruitment efforts.
  • Take part in the People team on the TLV site and collaborate with the group’s global People team. 

What will I bring?  

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a high-tech company
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • High level of English - both written and verbal
  • Proactive, independent, goal driven and self-motivated
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Self-resilient with a positive can-do attitude
  • BA in a relevant discipline- advantage
