We have an exciting opportunity for a result driven professional to join our EAME Talent Acquisition team. The TA team contributes to the business’s growth and overall strategy by identifying and engaging the best talent in the industry across the region.

What Your Work Will Taste Like...
In this role you will help ensure business continuity from recruitment point of view across the EAME region in different functions and departments. Keeping close contact with the hiring managers for assigned portfolio, understanding work force planning needs, job requirements and developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract and hire best in class talent for current and future needs. You will also collaborate and execute on regional or global recruiting projects, building market knowledge and executing sourcing strategies across the region.
Scope Of Responsibility

  • Sourcing candidates, recruiting active and passive candidates for open positions by applying direct search / networking methodology.

  • Effectively use of social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user for talent mapping identification.

  • Carrying out full life cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications and initiating interviews.

  • Leveraging data and analytics to anticipate challenges, track KPIs, and provide insights on vacancies, pipeline, time-to-fill, diversity representation in candidate slate, and quality of hire.

  • Manage data integrity, audit and ensure Tracking Systems are fully updated for accurate reporting and analytics dashboards.

  • Comply to all requisite internal policies, guidelines, and external regulations.

  • Observe response rate to internal and external job boards and job posts to help increase visibility and job applicant traffic.

  • Represent the New IFF to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region - Connectivity with Key industry affiliations and universities to source pipeline talent.

  • Act as advisor to the HR and Hiring team with regards to TA process, best practices, interviewing techniques and tools.

  • Promote referral program.

  • Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.

  • Develop strong Talent Market knowledge for assigned geographies

  • Manage Global Applicant tracking system administration and become super user and in-house expert, training new users.

  • Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.

This is a Hungary (Budapest office) based position with flexibility to work 2 days on site and 3 days remote - it reports into the Regional Talent Acquisition Director, EAME.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition

  • 5+ years’ proven track record TA or recruiting experience with experience in international search and hiring across Europe.

  • Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.

  • Familiar with ATS (Workday is preferable), database management, direct sourcing and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).

Demonstrable Proficiency In

  • Recruitment experience in related industry - Chemical, Ingredients, Animal Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Biosciences, Food, Life sciences, is a plus.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.

  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies internationally, with a broad European market knowledge.

  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, taking initiative and working as part of a remote team.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills – being a true Talent Acquisition Advisor.

  • Persistent with a strong drive for results.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must.

  • Hebrew language knowledge is an advantage
