What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on Otis Austria and support Talent Acquisition in Poland. This role aims to optimize recruitment delivery across both blue and white-collar roles by enhancing speed and quality of hire, creating a robust talent pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

Conducting workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Developing strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Creating innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent.

Engaging in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborating closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts.

Identifying and implementing process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in German, English, and Polish.

Proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers.

Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.

Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures.
