As Oktopost continues to grow, we’re looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with another TA teammate, partner with leaders across the organization, and report directly to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment (end-to-end) for roles based in Israel.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team goals.
- Source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates, with a strong focus on technical positions.
- Build and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- Ensure data accuracy and transparency through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through effective communication and relationship building.
- Actively contribute to the global HR team by sharing ideas, improving processes, and thinking creatively about how we attract talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth, global tech company.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to creatively identify top talent.
- A curious and innovative mindset with a passion for solving recruiting challenges in new ways.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with a specific system is a plus).
- Proven ability to build trusting partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
