Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our organization's growth and success.

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
• Conduct proactive searches using various platforms and techniques to identify qualified candidates
• Perform 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage potential candidates and assess their fit for open positions
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track sourcing efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networking
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sourcing methodologies
• Analyze sourcing data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the sourcing process

Qualifications

• Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.
• 6 months of tenure in current role without any disciplinary action.
• Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members. work as a team-player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
• Ability to identify, recruit and develop talent (desirable).
• Recruit via outbound calls (50-60 calls per day).
• Sourcing experience 6 months (desirable).
• People Oriented.
• English B2 is a must
• Autonomous work.
