Job Description
- The Talent Acquisition Responsible covers all internal and external staffing needs of the company in the long, medium and short term and places internal employees in the most suitable positions.
- It is important to ensure a modern candidate experience with "one face to the candidate" strategy.
- Fast and efficient fulfillment of business needs through a highly qualified recruiting organization.
- Needs expert knowledge in the areas of recruitment, personnel marketing, people analytics, sourcing, aptitude diagnostics.
- Knows the business they serve and is responsible for successfully implementing the talent acquisition process. This includes attracting the right people in the market for a specific job and providing a positive recruitment experience which finally leads to a new hire.
- Responsible for managing recruitment process; CV screening, pre-interviews, final interviews with hiring teams, sending offer letters, planning first day of candidates with onboarding teams.
- Manages recruitment improvement projects related to Digitalization, Efficiency, Benchmarking projects
- Plays role in Data Management and KPI by tracking recruitment-related people analytics and conducting analyses accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics etc.
- At least 3 years similar experiences
- Knowledge of competence-based interview techniques
- Knowledge of advanced CV screening and headhunting methods
- Very good English and Turkish language skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Kariyernet etc. career tools
- Strong analytical thinking, data management competencies
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills
