The TA Recruiter provides timely and efficient recruitment services in accordance with organizational goals, established department policies and procedures and in compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals and objectives. Maintains a philosophy of continuous improvement and full utilization of Children's Wisconsin resources.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or other related field.

Requires 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations experience, preferably for a large complex organization. Healthcare experience preferred.

Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.

Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.

Demonstrated knowledge surrounding applicant tracking and HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft or others.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Ability to multi-task and support various client groups.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff and leaders at all levels of the organization and candidates.

Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and to take appropriate action.

Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet expectations and provide timely services.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This casual role will work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the ability to flex up as needed based on operational needs.
