Compensation: $60k-$90k What Makes You Stand Out 

As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you bring foundational experience in recruitment and a strong desire to learn and grow within the cybersecurity industry. How You’ll Make An Impact 

As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth and success of the Surefire Cyber team. Reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you will contribute to recruitment efforts by helping to attract and hire top talent while supporting broader People initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and performance. 

In this role, you will assist in executing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, and contributing to programs such as performance management and employee engagement. Your Role in Action

  • Work directly with the Senior Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner and collaborate with the Chief People Officer, the Training and Development Lead, and cross functional internal stakeholders to execute recruitment strategies and contribute to People initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent aligned with business needs. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Training and Development Lead to ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience, including facilitating onboarding sessions and coordinating training programs. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and educational institutions to expand Surefire Cyber’s talent pipeline. 
  • Provide professional and timely communication to candidates, ensuring a positive "white glove" candidate experience. 
  • Utilize HR and recruitment platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 
  • Support employee engagement programs to enhance motivation, satisfaction, and alignment with Surefire Cyber’s values. 
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights that inform data-driven decision-making. 
  • Assist in preparing HR and talent reports and presentations to support organizational goals. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to meet business demands.

Your Expertise 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent professional experience in an HR or Talent Management role. 
  • Foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management best practices. 
  • Familiarity with benefits and compensation plans, with an interest in expanding knowledge in these areas. 
  • Experience or interest in working within DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) or related cybersecurity industries. 
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and HRIS platforms, preferably ADP. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability and willingness to work after hours as needed to meet business demands. 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.

  • Second Interview with a Talent & People Operations Team Member (approx., 30 minutes) 
  • Virtual interview with the Chief Delivery Officer (approx., 45 minutes) 
  • Virtual panel interview with other members cross functional internal stakeholders such as the Chief of Staff, and/or Chief Financial Officer (approx., 45 minutes) 
  • Virtual interview with CEO (approx., 30 minutes)
