About the opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on our success and to help us grow, by hiring excellent people.
You will be reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, screening, employer branding and great candidate experience. This position is located in our New York office with Hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office).
What will you do?
- You will manage an End-to-End recruiting process focusing on business roles predominantly in the US, but also covering the broader region.
- Source and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
- Partner closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment.
- Be data-driven! This will be part of your day to day to inform hiring decisions and measure results. Conduct reports and analyse data as part of your day-to-day hiring decisions, including measuring results.
- Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
- Have the opportunity to work on global talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives
- You’ll be part of a global Talent Acquisition team where you can raise ideas, improve current processes and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way.
What will you bring to the team?
- A recruitment professional with 4+ years of experience in the high-tech industry (preferably Ad-Tech)
- Experience in global hiring and hiring for commercial roles
- Experience working in an international team
- Strong orientation for team work
- Motivation to learn and share knowledge
- Deep AdTech network across the region
- Comfort working across East/West Coast teams
- Deep knowledge of various sourcing tools and approaches
- Result-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach
- Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
- A deep understanding of an exceptional candidate
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Nice to have: speaking a second language

The pay range for this position is USD $110,000 to $140,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
