Our Talent Team partners with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Compliance and Marketing to deliver quality candidates to further grow our organization.

What You Bring

  • Partner with assigned business unit in providing effective Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Head Hunting and Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain assigned positions in Greenhouse ATS
  • Develop recruitment strategies with Department Heads
  • Serve as a resource to management in helping them prepare for and manage growing
  • Maintain a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company
  • Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation

What you have:

  • 4 years in Staffing and/or Corporate Recruiting proffered
  • Bachelor's Degree, or industry experience
  • Experience with modern ATS and Head Hunting techniques
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Strong command of Employment Law, diversity, specifically in areas of recruitment
  • Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages
