Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including social media and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct resume reviews, pre-screening, and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to attract candidates.

Data Management: Maintain candidate records and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient tracking of applicants.

Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide updates to leadership regarding talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years in direct talent sourcing and recruitment.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required; a master’s degree may be preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and networking abilities are essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of Recruitment Trends: Familiarity with current hiring methodologies and trends in the job market.

Additional Duties
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants for future opportunities.
