Primary Purpose of Role
To drive and manage the recruitment process across the organization in Portugal while strengthening the company’s Employer Brand. This role will ensure the effective recruitment of top talent and will implement strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.

Post job openings on appropriate channels, including job boards, social media, and company website.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing a shortlist of the best talent for the hiring manager’s consideration.

Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring that all communication is professional and positive.

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's values and culture.

Enhance the company’s online presence by leveraging social media platforms relevant channels.

Plan and execute employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing activities, and career fairs.

Collaborate with internal teams to highlight the company’s achievements, benefits, and unique selling points to potential candidates.

Work closely with the International Recruitment Director and HR Director to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and branding strategies.

Report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and employer branding KPIs to the Recruitment Director and local HR teams.

Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within Portugal.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.

Engage with passive candidates and manage talent communities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Implement strategies to retain potential candidates, keeping them engaged and interested in future roles.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
