McCain Foods is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts using SAP SuccessFactors. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging SAP tools to optimize talent acquisition workflows, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience working with SAP for recruitment tracking, candidate management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across different functions and levels. • SAP SuccessFactors Utilization: Use SAP SuccessFactors or related SAP recruitment modules to track and manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and interview scheduling. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and candidate tracking within the system. • Job Requisition Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post job requisitions in SAP, ensuring all necessary job details, requirements, and candidate criteria are clearly defined. • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) and SAP's talent acquisition tools to find and assess qualified candidates. • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback collection via SAP tools, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels. • Offer Management & Onboarding: Facilitate offer generation, approval, and candidate onboarding through SAP's recruitment and HR tools. Ensure a seamless transition from candidate acceptance to new hire onboarding. • Reporting & Analytics: Generate recruitment reports using SAP, track KPIs, and provide insights on recruitment performance. Proactively recommend improvements based on data trends. • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies, local labor laws, and industry best practices. • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on recruitment trends and SAP updates to improve efficiency and candidate experience in the hiring process. Required Qualifications: • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a strong focus on using SAP SuccessFactors (or SAP Recruitment modules) in managing the recruitment process. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and any other recruitment tools or platforms. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors. • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions within a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work. • Global Perspective: Experience in handling recruitment for diverse markets and an understanding of global recruitment processes and practices is a plus
