Are you an experienced TA Partner with a passion for data, marketing and technology? Are you result driven professional with a genuine interest in people, pragmatic, curious, but also positive and sensitive? At dentsu, we are now looking for an experienced colleague to join our amazing Northern Europe team!
You will run the entire recruitment process in a close partnership with our hiring managers. You will mainly focus on recruitment at Merkle Netherlands, a dentsu company, but you will be working with TA colleagues and hiring managers from other parts of Northern Europe or even EMEA.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from creating a job description to presenting an offer to the final candidate;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies;
- Stay updated on the latest Talent Acquisition trends, sourcing techniques, and AI;
- Build a talent pipeline of great candidates for our hiring needs;
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice;
- Ensure GDPR compliance.
You will report to Suzana Petersson, TA Lead Northern Europe.

We expect you to:
- Have an experience with Dutch job market & knowledge of Dutch labour law;
- Have at least 3+ years of work experience in recruiting technology roles in high demand;
- Be comfortable with Workday recruiting and TA KPIs;
- Excel with the responsibility of driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes along with different TA-related projects;
- Be able to prioritize and be comfortable with a lot of stakeholders and a dynamic environment;
- Be fluent in Dutch and English.
