- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within high-growth environments, ideally with expertise in tech or commercial roles across Europe.
- A knack for creative sourcing techniques and familiarity with a range of talent acquisition tools.
- A passion for the candidate journey, ensuring it's seamless, engaging, and inclusive.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, partnering confidently with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- A curious mind and interest in staying ahead of trends in the tech industry and HR tools.
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple roles with accuracy and precision.
