  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within high-growth environments, ideally with expertise in tech or commercial roles across Europe.
  • A knack for creative sourcing techniques and familiarity with a range of talent acquisition tools.
  • A passion for the candidate journey, ensuring it's seamless, engaging, and inclusive.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, partnering confidently with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • A curious mind and interest in staying ahead of trends in the tech industry and HR tools.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple roles with accuracy and precision.
