- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

Lead full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer negotiation) for Workday consultants, managing multiple, high-priority requisitions across functional and technical tracks

Partner with practice leadership, business intelligence to develop hiring strategies aligned with business forecasts and growth initiatives

Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, targeting passive Workday talent through networks, referrals, and social channels

Build relationships with key Workday talent and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
We're looking for someone with:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience focusing on professional services, preferably in the Workday ecosystem

Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools

Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers, with a track record of building and leading recruitment strategies that align with business objectives

Experience prioritizing and collaborating high-volume of requisitions (20+ concurrent roles during peak periods) while maintaining candidate quality and delivering positive candidate experience

Proven success developing, managing, and executing recruitment processes and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including certification tracks, implementation methodologies, and consulting career paths
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $225,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.
