Position: Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe
Location: Mindelo, Portugal- Hybrid
The Talent Acquisition Manager- Europe role is responsible for providing leadership to the talent acquisition teams across the European Region. This includes the training, coaching and development of regional recruitment teams and the execution of the talent acquisition strategy across the region. In partnership with key stakeholders the TA Manager will lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, optimization of recruitment technology and the implementation of new strategies to support the growth and success of our organization.
In addition, this role will have recruitment responsibility for challenging and high-priority requisitions, including hard-to-fill or higher-level job grade (JG) roles.The ability to build effective business partnerships with key leaders across the globe is critical to the success of this role. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Travel requirements for this role are up to 25%.
Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with the business and leaders across the European region, serving as a trusted advisor and key partner for Talent Acquisition initiatives

Develop a strategy to continue the Talent Acquisition evolution in the region by partnering with the leaders to understand priorities and talent impacts.

Ensure existing processes and policies are being followed and identify opportunities to advance.

Leverage existing tools to streamline and remove non-value-added work.

Maintain annual talent acquisition budgets

Select, appoint, and manage third party vendors; manage supplier relationships; and ensure vendor performance metrics are appropriate and monitored across the region.

Lead a team of approximately 3-5 Talent Acquisition Specialists and Partners.

Lead recruitment of high priority and confidential searches.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources or a related role.

Experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals

Experience managing and optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM, and other HR technology tools

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during recruitment processes.

Ability to travel as required to H.B. Fuller site located in European countries.

Fluent in Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing and/or implementing a staffing program(s), preferably an RPO model
