We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to lead our sourcing and leads generation efforts for hard-to-find or niche talents and high-volume talent demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong TA project management background, experience in handling sourcing financials and exceptional skills in building sustainable partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a Sourcing Team: Oversee a team of channel specialists responsible for sourcing talent through various platforms including media, job boards, referrals, vendor management, alumni networks, job caravans, non-campus job fairs, and other alternative channels.
- Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including promotional campaigns, to attract target talent markets, leveraging various channels and creative approaches to increase engagement and interest.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L for the sourcing function, ensuring efficient allocation of budget, resources and maximizing ROI on talent acquisition activities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and leads generation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- At least four (4) years of strong experience in sourcing and multiple channel management, with at least two (2) years of team lead experience - demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving recruitment sourcing goals.
- Experience in managing P&L and budgeting for recruitment activities is a must.
- Experience in using recruitment tools such as Workday is a strong preference, other technology to enhance sourcing efforts is good to have.
