The Highlights:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People and Talent, the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring, ensuring an excellent employee and candidate experience. In addition, this position will be responsible for programming company-wide to promote a fun and engaging employee experience.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Talent Acquisition and Attraction: This role will be responsible for all job posting, interviewing scheduling (to include in-takes, wrap calls, interviews, debriefs and offers), and candidate screening. The position will also be responsible for the administration of Greenhouse to include job posting, candidate disposition, surveys, and candidate records. You will be responsible for managing external postings and targeting recruiting activities. In addition, you will lead the interviewing process by proactively communicating with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience along the way.
- Candidate Sourcing: This position will be responsible for sourcing candidates for our open positions by carefully identifying talent in the marketplace with targeted outreach
- Administration of HR Programs: includes administration of recognition programs, employee referral program, birthdays and company anniversaries
- Employee Experience: You will be responsible for the ideation, planning and coordination of team events, service-related activities and initiatives, and team communication. This role will be responsible for timely response to employee inquiries and feedback, and will foster an environment of trust, collaboration and inclusion. This includes driving program awareness and engagement of all team members, and preparing and hosting our bi-weekly Team Day (All Hands) Meetings
- Employment Brand: This role will be responsible for Culture-Driven social media creation and content on our “Life at Syncro” Instagram account.
- General Administrative: This role will be responsible for general administrative tasks within the People Team, to include responding to employment verifications, maintenance of our electronic personnel files, and various on-boarding/off-boarding tasks.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 3-5 years of general recruiting experience
- 1+ year of experience with HR engagement programming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include comfort with public speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an approachable and positive demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and a well-tuned attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
