The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the full life cycle recruitment process. This role involves a high volume of activity and requires excellent organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage requisitions and candidate information: Process job requisitions, screen resumes and applications, and maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle: Post job advertisements, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between hiring managers and candidates.
- Track key metrics: Assist with generating reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Provide administrative support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements: Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies and processes.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition Support or HR Coordinator experience
- Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills are required

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

- Demonstrable initiative, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills
