As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at C.H. Robinson, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that provides operational, system, and administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes, including interview scheduling, offer letter creation, career fair coordination, employee onboarding, procedure documentation, and personnel file management. Beyond Talent Acquisition, your team serves as a trusted resource, ensuring seamless operations and delivering expertise to recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Ideally, this role will be based in Eden Prairie, MN, with the ability to come in as needed, but we are open to remote locations.

Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide operational and administrative support for the recruitment and selection of exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization

Provide HR support to candidates, employees, and managers by applying broad knowledge of HR concepts, procedures, and department fundamentals

Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and team members in a positive and proactive manner, utilizing a consultative, influential, and process-oriented approach

Facilitate various processes, including in-office interview scheduling, offer letter generation, career fair support, travel coordination, and post-interview candidate communication

Administer background checks and the I-9 process for new hires, ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough communication and follow-through

Work within an agile framework to execute and improve current processes while documenting and communicating changes, edits, and revisions

Provide support, troubleshooting, and testing for the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Monitor, review, and respond to network inquiries regarding Talent Acquisition processes

Participate in projects that impact stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition Operations team

Execute audit processes related to Talent Acquisition
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR or a customer service role

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus

Compensation Range
$18.80 - $29.28
