Job Description
Here at Kraft Heinz, we seek an experienced and hard-working Talent Acquisition enthusiast to join our North Africa People & Performance team in Egypt. Based in the Cairo office, as a member of the Middle East and Africa People & Performance team, you will partner with all business functions and play a meaningful role in shaping the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz North Africa and beyond. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will foster our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early career recruitment and drive the business toward strategic hiring decisions.

What You'll Do

  • You are the owner of the recruitment cycle, and in this role, you drive strategic hiring decisions through an outstanding recruitment process while championing an excellent candidate experience
  • As we grow our business, you will expand your network of excellent talent and be constantly on the look for creative solutions to sourcing and promoting our career opportunities
  • At times, your priorities shift, and you will need to connect with external partners (recruitment agencies) to support with spikes in recruitment needs or whenever you will need to shift gears while managing employer branding & recruitment marketing or internship projects
  • As the Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging champion, you will educate and mentor the hiring teams, helping them through the hiring process and keeping them passionate about attracting talent that can grow their full potential here at the Kraft Heinz Company.


What You Bring

  • B bachelor's or master's degree
  • Excellent English skills
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment from Graduate to Exec Level, either agency side or in-house
  • Ability to multitask and lead partner expectations to ensure key results are met
  • Capability to work to tight deadlines and in a high-volume environment
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
  • Experience as a recruitment business partner able to connect with external and internal customers while ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • Negotiation skills, able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
