This role 

As our Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be part of our global Talent Acquisition function and hire across two key markets - the UK and Canada. Working with a team of global hiring managers, you will be instrumental in finding and acquiring exceptional talent for our business, which in turn drives our growth, success and ability to deliver our Mission.

Your key focus areas will be: 

  1. Attracting and securing world-class talent for our UK and Canadian entities, ensuring that every new hire is 100% aligned to our ways of working and DNA (measured via: Quality of Talent) 
  2. Operating with speed and focus to fill every live role with efficiency; delivering a best-in-class time to hire that sets the standard for excellence in talent acquisition (measured via: Speed to Hire)
  3. Pioneering, optimizing, and embedding AI-driven recruitment strategies that transform our Talent Acquisition function—elevating efficiency, streamlining operations, and empowering a smarter, faster, and more future-ready hiring process. (measured via: Productivity metrics)

This is a high-impact, varied role that will include all of the following responsibilities and more:

Find and Win Top Talent

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles, ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate.
  • Deliver a best-in-class time to hire metric while maintaining an extremely high quality of hire.
  • Craft and execute strategies to attract A-players — people who live our DNA.

Build the Brand

  • Craft candidate experiences that are engaging, memorable and boost our brand - from application to onboarding.
  • Help shape powerful position descriptions and talent campaigns that attract top talent. 

Talent Operations & AI Innovation

  • Test, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment techniques to enhance the functions efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Improve hiring workflows, ensuring our process is seamless, data-driven, and continuously improving.
  • Leverage data insights to refine sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

Who you are

  • Some hands-on recruitment experience (you don’t need to be a pro yet — this is an Associate level role and we’ll help you level up fast).
  • Proven experience moving fast, thriving in ambiguous environments, and being highly proactive in every aspect of your role.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams.
  • A love for testing, improving processes and making things more efficient.
  • The ability to think creatively, act boldly, and solve problems with first-principles thinking.
  • A high level of confidence working with generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, with a keen interest in this space and a passion for what it will do.
  • Note: you’ll also need to be comfortable working across multiple timezones throughout the UK and Canada
