The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our inclusive and successful team on a 1 year Fixed term Contract. In this role you will be an integral part of an established and collaborative team, providing talent acquisition expertise throughout the entire recruitment process. You’ll be involved in creating proactive internal and external recruitment strategies and delivering an exceptional experience, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet QBE’s current and future needs. Your New Role:

Utilise expertise in sourcing to narrow the applicant pool and ensure recommended candidates meet hiring needs and business requirements.

Manage sourcing channels to maximise usage of sourcing-related services.

Provide support and an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Optimise the external network by maintaining a visible profile in the market and fostering ongoing communication with prospective candidates.

Support end-to-end talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to build effective talent pipelines.

Assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment practices.

Research alternative sourcing methods and make recommendations to improve talent acquisition.
About You:
-
Knowledge and passion for Talent Acquisition and recruitment from Agency, in-house or RPO.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Experience as sourcer, researcher or recruiter in-house, RPO or agency.

Experienced in sourcing and building pipelines for different levels and roles.

Proven ability to manage and prioritise competing responsibilities concurrently and effectively.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
