System integration engineer is acting a role to be responsible for new product introduction from Proto phase to Pilot phase. He also acts as an expert to hold system level performance improvement project and treat system level issues.

- Speed up new product introduction process
- System performance enhancement
- System performance sustaining
Job Description:
- E-beam System performance enhancement and sustaining.
- System level issue trouble shooting (Image and SEM module assembly)
- System project facilitator and management. (Can own a project independently, define scope, set up project plan, regular update current progress and reveal issues).
- Design support. (Work with designer to collect and analysis data, feedback issues for designer for further improvement)
- Experimental Design for product failure analysis.
- New product introduction from proto phase to pilot phase.
- On-site proto/pilot phase system installation and issue technical support.
- For assembly, trouble shooting and experiment works, need to work in Cleanroom.
Education and experience
Master in Physics, Material, Photoelectric/ 5~8 years
Skills
- Optical theory / design, main focus on Fourier optical theory (Necessary)
- Electromagnetism, more focus on Maxwell theory (Necessary)
- Vacuum system, more focus on operation and leakage test (Necessary)
- CAD Mechanical, Simens NX, Solidworks. (Optional)
- English and efficient communication. (Necessary)
- Familiar with eScan460, eP5XLE system operation, such as Gun/Column alignment, image tuning and AATR (Necessary)
Other information
Travel: 30% (China, Korea, Taiwan, depends on customer side)
