About the Role
We are looking for Planning Manager (Brand:Com) who:
- Master fundamental marketing knowledge, brand/ communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning with a passion for impactful brand communications
- Strong at creative strategy and collaborative mindset to lead integrated agency output
- Strong at presentation with inspiring story-telling that can sell
- Be responsible and demonstrate ownership/ ambition throughout the pitching and deployment process
- Be a supportive team-player
- Be champion effectiveness in both projects and awards papers
- Be champion innovations that disrupt the market
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end strategic process (from briefing to presenting, deployment and report) in a collaborative manner across departments
- Push your own strategic thinking without more senior support and drive us all to impact
- Foster constructive relationship with clients and strategic partners (including media, research, technology, publisher/ platform partners and so on)
- Manage, inspire, and provide guidance for a small team of 1-2 junior planners (and trainees)
- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity on client businesses, always on the lookout for new biz opportunities and account growth
- Consult clients on a wide range of business problems (from product, marketing to communications)
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required (Master degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Planning Department is required (Experience working in Client/ platform side is a plus).
- Proven work experience in Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning (especially Influencer Marketing) is required.
- Previous innovative project and experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
