We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Creator Partnerships Manager to lead the recruitment, engagement, and performance tracking of content creators. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, ensuring content quality, and managing reporting, logistics, and payment reconciliation. The ideal candidate has experience in influencer or creator management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive impactful brand campaigns.
What You’ll DoI. CREATOR MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
1. Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to onboard and nurture mid-tier, nano, and micro creators.
- Expand and maintain a strong creator network aligned with brand campaign objectives.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing strategic support, engagement opportunities, and personalized guidance.
- Evaluate creators’ content style, audience engagement, and performance metrics for brand alignment.
- Identify and onboard new talent through industry events, social media, and strategic partnerships.
2. Creator Training & Support
- Provide creative direction and suggest content ideas tailored to brand needs.
- Organize and conduct livestream sessions for creator training and program introductions.
3. Contract & Partnership Management
- Review and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage relationships with influencer agencies and creator platforms.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to drive strategic collaborations.
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize for commercial success.
4. Collaboration with Brand & Product Teams (Optional)
- Track and report on creator performance within brand campaigns.
- Maintain updated records of creator participation and content impact.
II. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
1. Content & Campaign Performance Analysis
- Compile daily reports on key metrics, including creator engagement, views, and reward distribution.
- Gather and analyze creator feedback to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor rankings and detect fraudulent activities using Creator Software tools.
2. Content Moderation & Compliance
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify and escalate violations or non-compliant content as needed.
3. Reward & Payment Management
- Oversee creator reward distribution and detect anomalies.
- Process payments upon final brand approval.
- Manage voucher and redemption logistics, including tracking and fulfillment.
4. Social & Community Management
- Work with social and data teams to refine social media strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day community engagement and content scheduling.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related field.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and generating insights.
- Detail-oriented with experience in contract management and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with creator software tools and content moderation best practices.
- Comfortable leading livestream training and creator engagement sessions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
