What's the role?
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliable administration and development support of the Integrated Risk Management module within ServiceNow. This role is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality service while maintaining the integrity of the platform.
Key Responsibilities

  • Form Configuration : Design and maintain forms to meet user needs.
  • Flow Designer Configuration : Set up and modify workflows using ServiceNow's Flow Designer.
  • Role and Access Management : Manage user roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.
  • Report and Dashboard Configuration : Develop and configure reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
  • Workspace Design and Configuration : Design and configure workspaces to enhance user experience.
  • Data Imports and Integrations : Process data imports and maintain integrations with other systems.
  • Management of Changes with Update Sets : Capture updates within update sets and monitor migration of update sets across different environments.
  • Service Portal Configurations : Configure and customize the Service Portal for user accessibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to understand requirements and apply best practices within ServiceNow to meet objectives.
  • Product Backlog Management : Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize and manage backlog items.
  • Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot, address, and resolve complex issues identified by end users effectively and promptly.
  • Vendor and Industry Collaboration: Partner with vendors and enterprise teams, and monitor industry trends to stay informed of emerging best practices and technologies related to Integrated Risk Management.
  • Emerging Technology Learning: Keep up-to-date with emerging platforms and related technologies.
  • Problem Decomposition : Break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks.


Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience :
  • 2-3 Years of ServiceNow Administrative and Development experience within the Integrated Risk Management module
  • 8-10 years of professional experience.
  • 8-10 years of supporting teams with modern engineering tools, languages, and practices.
  • 4-5 years of experience in providing direct end-user support for technology platforms, with a proven track record of ensuring high levels of end-user satisfaction.
  • Track Record : Proven ability to support the design and delivery of impactful technology solutions for ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management module.
  • Ambiguity Management : Ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity effectively..
  • Communication Skills : Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences across various forms and levels of detail.
  • Design Patterns Knowledge : Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture.
  • Methodologies Experience : Familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Pay Range - Start:
$76,650.00
Pay Range - End:
$142,350.00
Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Positions in certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on the standard pay structure based on the location.
