Systems Analyst
Job Description
The Systems Analyst bridges the gap between business and technical teams by analyzing systems requirements, identifying integration challenges, and supporting the development of a stabilized, scalable application environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct discovery sessions to document current system state and dependencies

Analyze application and integration landscapes, especially related to CRM, NOMS, and ticketing systems

Support the definition of KPIs and improvements in incident/ticket analysis
-
Identify applications impacted by downtime and design mitigation strategies

Collaborate with developers and architects to validate integration and performance strategies
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related
-
Business Analysis or Systems Engineering certifications (e.g., CBAP) advantageous
Years of Experience:
-
5+ years in systems analysis or business systems roles
-
Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and legacy-to-cloud transformations
Other requirements:
-
Application/system analysis and documentation
-
Experience with enterprise application ecosystems (ERP, CRM, custom platforms)

Strong understanding of integration patterns and database dependencies
-
Data analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
