The 3PAS (Third Party Application Support) Analyst is responsible for supporting all third-party applications for both downstream and upstream applications. The Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact to identify and support third party applications and involve in upgrade and transformation projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Partner with application users to understand business goals and help identify IT support solutions.
- Assist with determining the overall vision of third-party application support.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors on critical issues with application and resolve.
- Use knowledge of systems and their use to guide changes, look for opportunities to take advantage of existing or in progress projects to improve user experience.
- Create current and future state process maps to enhance end user support.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions/provide recommendations based on the same.
- Working Knowledge on database like SQL, db2 or Oracle and application monitoring tools like Dynatrace
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Rotational shift – weekdays On-call responsibilities – weekend
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience required.
- Experience and familiarity with vendor managed application and its support. example: Applications like B2bi/Cyclone, Mobius/Viewdirect, Ondemand, Opentext, ETQ etc
- 1 -2 years’ experience in supporting third party applications.
- High energy, initiative-taking collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills.
- Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
