Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain virtualization environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to determine causes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and strict security measures across all systems.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to end-users, addressing their IT needs efficiently.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare and Nutanix.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and cloud services.
- Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
