Job Description
Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate internal and external audit activities, lead problem root cause improvements, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the implementation of system work;

Responsible for departmental document management and system document control, regularly submitting quality requirement documentation, preparing for system inspections, and managing tasks such as document modification, issuance, and retrieval;

Responsible for establishing and implementing the department's training system, developing annual and monthly training plans, and organizing their execution;

Responsible for providing skills training to personnel in various positions and tracking their skill improvement progress;

Responsible for coordinating the assessment and certification of employee work permits within the department, as well as managing the development of multi-skilled workers and related training;

Responsible for updating and inspecting bulletin boards, conducting standardized inspections, and collecting and submitting management logs;

Responsible for conducting job permit exams and skill assessments, issuing job permits, as well as distributing and collecting confirmation forms for probationary employees;

Responsible for collecting various training materials and organizing and registering training forms;

Responsible for team culture building and boosting employee morale;

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
