The Opportunity:
The Systems Manager at Gloo360 plays a critical role in driving the adoption, optimization, and maintenance of key enterprise systems, specializing in Salesforce, Workday, and HubSpot. This position ensures seamless integration, performance, and alignment of systems with business needs while fostering collaboration across teams. The Systems Manager is expected to stay ahead of technology trends, advocate for system best practices, and lead the implementation of scalable solutions. By empowering stakeholders and managing system enhancements, this role supports Gloo360 's mission to deliver operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. This position is remote based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Core Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Salesforce, Workday, and HubSpot platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of data architecture, integrations, and reporting capabilities within all three systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce, Workday, and HubSpot to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training materials, tutorials, and documentation to empower users to fully utilize system functionalities.
- Continuously stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices within Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, and related technologies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate systems seamlessly and support business objectives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and scalability of integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Regularly provide updates to leadership and stakeholders on system developments and project progress.

- Oversee the Workday platform, including modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Automate HR and financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align Workday configurations with organizational goals.
- Manage Workday integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Perform regular audits and updates to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, including at least 2 years of specialization in Salesforce, Workday, or HubSpot and related Systems tools.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, integrations, and API management.
- Experience in process automation and optimization within enterprise systems.
- Certifications in Salesforce Administration, Workday, HubSpot or Specializations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Compensation: $97,000 - $165,000
