- Responsible for maintaining and supporting the Citix Application Virtualization environment
- Citrix environment build, configure and provide production support.
- Application virtualization support.
- Citrix Studio\management console configuration and reporting.
- Support for critical in-house projects: COM and Autostore.
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop support.
- DevOps support for major applications at DSS.
- Jenkins. Octopus, Puppet, Gitlab, Azure DevOps\pipeline support.
- Other duties depending on future projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 Years Latest Citrix Certification (either CCA or CCEA).
- Minimum 4 Years Scripting/PowerShell development.
- Minimum 4 Years Windows Server installation and support.
- Minimum 4 Years Citrix Virtual Apps (formerly WinFrame, MetaFrame, Presentation Server and XenApp) installation and support.

Tasks & Duties
- Design, Support VM and HP Blade Servers infrastructure
- Develops and support the general design of solutions that meet general system best practice requirements. Develops specifications for systems, hardware, and Virtual network configurations. Works with ITS staff (e.g., managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan robust virtual infrastructure and implementation, enhancements and changes.
- Tests different VMware virtual machines and HP Blade servers’ platforms and systems integrates system modules. Develops, implements, and monitors information technology, quality assurance standards, follows and maintains best practices.
- Performs day to day server provisioning, performance analysis, compatibility matrix between different hardware generations and different version of hypervisors.
- Develop System Documentation
- Develops operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.
- Develops detailed systems operations designs.
- Develops guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of Hardware Infrastructure, operating systems software, Hypervisor, network systems software, security and client server systems.
- Designs reports, audit trails/logs, performance matrix and charts.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 Years Latest Citrix Certification (either CCA or CCEA).

HRA JOB TITLE: System Administrator_7
Tasks & Duties
- Provide assistance to ITS technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves.
- Provide general programming assistance to other ITS programmers/projects using PowerBuilder 11.5 or 12.5, VB.NET and ASP.NET
- Perform System Design/Coding for web application using VB.NET/ASP.NET and Oracle 11g database. Create customization scripts for NetIM monitoring software using Python, Thymeleaf/HTML.
- Responsible for designing, developing and consumption of web services. Work with Oracle PL/SQL, Python, BASH/CSH to create packages, Stored Procedures and functions.
- Experience in developing web application using Apache, MYSQL, NGINX, Linux tools, Visual Studio 2008 and above with VB.NET, ASP.NET and Framework 4.5.
- Work with ITS staff (e.g. managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code implementation, enhancements and changes to the existing Power Builder applications.
- Create test plan for unit testing and integration testing. Currently helping create test plan for NetIM integration with ServiceNow ticketing software and Splunk data management.
- Ability to integrating the browser ActiveX in PowerBuilder 11.5 or 12.5. Currently this position administers the NetIM browser-based web console, and the user/groups used by the NOC, Networking and other ITS groups for monitoring and system stats.
- Responsible for doing unit testing and Integration testing for the modules developed and maintains program code. Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms.
- Experience with working COM+ objects. Worked adding DCOM groups and users to service hosts and security groups.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 Years Experience with writing application software data analysis, data access using Oracle 10g database or above.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversions from client server application in PowerBuilder to Microsoft .Net technology-based web application.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in writing stored procedures, Functions and triggers in Oracle 10g or above for complex processing solutions.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience with creating web services and consuming the web services.
- Minimum 4 Years Exposure to environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers and laptops.
