Thales Belgium SA, Belgium competence center of Thales, is a company located on 2 sites, one in Tubize (near Brussels) and the other one in Herstal (near Liège). Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.

In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission

• Leadership and Team Development: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment by mentoring and guiding team members, facilitating skill development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to enhance overall team performance.
• Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and technologies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and communicate project status, ensuring that all integration efforts are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Technical Expertise and Solutions Design: Leverage deep knowledge of systems engineering principles to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for platform integration, solving complex technical challenges, and driving the successful implementation of integration solutions
