Create accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for server and storage products.

Collaborate with customers to ensure BOMs in order to meet technical requirements.

Keep track of customer requests and solve under agreed SLA.

Catch up the latest technology and provide suitable solution.

Work closely with product team to align business strategy.
Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
-
1 to 2 years’ experience in technical support role. Fresh Graduate will also be considered
-
Fluent in verbal and written technical English and Chinese communication

Able to work independently.
