The team
- Work with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze the overall business environment, business requirements, objectives, and needs Use systems.
- Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
The role
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience as Business/System Analyst with a few years in leading application development. (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
- Proficiency with Java, Spring boot, C++, C#.Net, .Net Core Visual Studio, Python or other similar reporting tools Jira, Confluence etc.
- Competent code reviews of code written by developers and able to point out document code defects and create code review logs.
- Adherence to coding standards and development guidelines
- Assist with the design and testing of systems and use requirement documents and solution design to come up with technical specifications document.
- Record and track team risks and issues and change logs, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
- Work closely with a team of product owners, designers, and other engineers to build class-leading experiences for our customers.
- Establish an effective working relationship with overseas development team.
