Nextgen Clearing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Analyst to join our team. As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving operational problems, monitoring system operations, addressing customer issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.
In this role, you will analyze application logs and errors, document issue resolution procedures, and develop preventive measures to minimize future problems. You will also play a key role in UAT testing and implementation, as well as in handling RAP/TAP/Mediation files and re-rating and recycling CDRs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for user application access review and maintaining process documentation.
The ideal candidate for this position has 1 to 3 years of experience and a solid educational background in computer science or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Non-coding profile
- Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
- Analysis of application provided logs and errors
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Creation and quality control on cloud files.
- Data clearing support (All DCH level 1 issues)
- UAT Testing & Implementation

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Education: BE/BTECH/MTECH/BCA/MCA/BSC(IT)/Graduate (with additional diploma in computers)
Skills Required:
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Analyze logs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Data Clearing & File Management: Experience with DCH support, RAP/TAP files, and CDR processing.
UAT & Implementation: Conduct user acceptance testing and implement system changes.
Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation and preventive protocols.
Customer Support: Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
Technical Background: Basic understanding of engineering, telecom, or IT.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
