System analyst / Functional Consultant
Your main tasks will be
- Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions;
- Be the link between business and IT;
- Analyze existing business processes and systems, elaborate and design alternatives for different solutions;
- Specify demands for functional and non-functional requirements;
- Define user interfaces, including usability viewpoints, business classes and preliminary system architecture.
We expect you have
- Consulting mindset
- Presentation, documentation and business process modelling skills
- Very good spoken and written Latvian language skills
- Ability to solve complex problems
- University degree or undergraduate in Information technology or Business Administration area
As advantage will be considered
- Experience and understanding of working with public sector client
- Understanding of construction legislation related administrative processes
- Understanding of SQL and ability to use for the purpose of analysis and diagnosis
