We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator L3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization and storage technologies, as well as experience in server administration. The System Administrator III will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Monitoring and maintaining server and storage environment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of the supported environment.
- Participating in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure system availability and performance.
- Mentoring junior staff and act as an escalation point for issue troubleshooting.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant certifications.
- 8+ years of experience in system administration.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization.
- Experience with supporting AWS and\or Azure.
- Experience installing and supporting server\client software.
- Experience supporting storage technologies such as, HCI, SAN, NAS, and DAS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
