About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our corporate IT strategy, overseeing the design and implementation of key technology transformation initiatives that operationalize, optimize, and digitalize our IT solutions across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Leadership

Lead an innovative organization focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategic business partnerships. Your leadership will align IT initiatives with corporate goals, driving TD SYNNEX’s next phase of growth.

• Organizational Transformation

As a key thought partner to the CIO, you will manage and transform an IT organization of over 1,000 staff and contractors, with a budget of approximately $300 million. Collaborate with the CIO to establish and drive the organizational vision, operational strategies, and hiring plans to create a nimble and innovative IT environment that enhances productivity while optimizing costs.

• Service and Financial Management

Implement service management methodologies (ITIL, SecDevOps, Agile) for IT project delivery, establishing KPIs and dashboards to ensure accountability and growth. Collaborate across IT service areas to maintain predictable technology costs and optimize efficiencies.

• Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery

Drive the strategy for global infrastructure, including storage, compute, and network support, while developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and risks.

• Stakeholder Engagement and M&A

Forge strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders to enhance productivity and drive revenue. Lead M&A due diligence and integration planning, refining the M&A playbook and forming cross-functional teams as needed.

• Vendor and Talent Management

Oversee supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance tracking. Act as the principal talent manager, ensuring the development of a skilled pipeline of leaders and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 10-15 years in relevant roles, with 8-10 years in management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage stress effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.
