The Role

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue potential, exceeding booking targets, and driving ARR growth. This role requires close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Customer Officer (CPO), and Chief Financial Officer to align strategies and ensure operational excellence.

In this role you’ll be responsible for aligning and optimizing the company’s revenue-generating processes; you’ll oversees the strategy, execution, and coordination of sales, channel, marketing, customer success, GTM Enablement, and financial operations to maximize revenue growth and profitability.

The SVP of Revenue Operations will lead a team of operations leaders and analysts, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology to refine processes, align cross-functional teams, and ensure scalability in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

 Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue predictability and improve profitability.
  • Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize customer lifecycle value.
  • Ensure capacity planning, outbound activity, and territory balancing are effectively managed.
  • Create effective incentive programs that drive results and create the right behaviors

Revenue Enablement

  • Implement systems and processes to support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with pricing and product marketing team on packaging and go-to-market strategies for scalability and revenue acceleration.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams to streamline training and tools for revenue teams.
  • Work with Enablement teams to implement onboarding and ever-boarding programs, ensuring continuous development and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Optimize the customer journey from handoff to retention and expansion.

Data and Analytics

  • Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance metrics and drive accountability within the GTM organization (e.g., SAOs, Win-rates, ARR and CAO).
  • Leverage (customer usage/adoption) data insights to identify revenue growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
  • Establish consistent reporting systems to provide transparency and actionable insights across the organization.

Technology and Tools

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue tools (e.g. Gong, 6Sense).
  • Drive adoption of technologies that enhance productivity and improve customer experiences.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across departments.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related leadership role within a high-growth software or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics and lifecycle strategies.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning experience, including TAM assessment, segmentation, sales capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in CRM and revenue management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
