Summary Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual capable of prioritizing, multitasking and delivering results in tight timeframes amongst a variety of complex sustainability reporting issues within the organization. This role will work across many functions at all levels of the company globally. This position reports to the Director of Global Sustainability Reporting.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Support strategy, development and implementation of our global sustainability reporting initiatives.
- Assist and review of global statutory reporting, global sustainability report, and other sustainability reports
- Assist and review global process mapping and design of internal controls
- Researching accounting, sustainability and reporting issues to propose and support solutions
- Performing analyses on key metrics to identify trends and analyze variances
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Assisting with SOX compliance including providing and coordinating deliverables
- Preparing ad hoc requests to support senior management’s decision making
- Promoting teamwork between finance groups and departments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, accounting or similar field required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of ESG/CSRD/Sustainability Reporting a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in an environment of change and openness to new challenges and opportunities
- Ability to work hands-on in a team environment
