For our Sustainability and Environmental area, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team in HQ.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Create and execute comprehensive strategies, targets, and plans across various sustainability topics, with a strong emphasis on environmental dimensions such as climate change, SBTi, biodiversity, and circular economy.

Lead and manage projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing ESG performance within the organization.

Assess the effects of our operations on organizations and communities, and understand climate risks and opportunities.

Handle inquiries from investors regarding our ESG performance and commitments.

Address customer requests related to our sustainability ambitions and specific targets.

Contribute to the creation of solutions, methodologies, and tools to help the company navigate complex regulatory environments and manage stakeholder expectations.

Ensure the implementation of global initiatives at the local level by coordinating activities with regional teams.

Support the integration of ESG into the company strategy and manage the associated change.
Who Are We Looking For?
Skill Requirements:
-
4-5 years of experience.
-
Demonstrable experience and enthusiasm for ESG and environmental topics. Experience in biodiversity is a plus.

Proven track record in managing large and complex projects, with the ability to handle technical issues in your area of expertise.

Strong analytical abilities and capacity to develop and analyze KPIs.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Capability to see the big picture, think laterally, and apply previous experiences and solutions to new projects.

Possess “influence without authority” leadership traits.

Quick to learn and adapt, ask the right questions, and strive for the best solutions.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
Knowledge Requirements:

Good understanding of the ESG industry, including relevant tools, frameworks, and key players.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation, and a solid grasp of best practices within the sustainability industry.

Knowledge of sustainability reporting processes, including materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement activities, and preparation of internal and external reports.
