Job Description

Key role:

• Supporting the leadership of the Sustainability & ESG Portugal team ;
• Supporting the development of the service catalogue and developing new services in line with market needs;
• Implement sustainability & ESG consultancy services applicable to the real estate sector;
• Provide technical support to the team and promote excellence in delivery quality;
• Work with the client to define sustainability strategies and objectives and implement the actions needed to realise them;
• Providing all existing information at all times and issuing technical opinions in the client's best interests, which contribute to appropriate sustainability management decisions and support their implementation;
• Improving and communicating the sustainability performance and reporting ESG metrics of real estate assets and/or client portfolios that C&W develops or manages;
• Develop tools, models and management processes to simplify the certification of buildings, in innovative ways and focused on improving the communication of sustainability data to key stakeholders.

- Educational background: Academic background in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability or related fields.

- Experience: 10 years' experience in ESG, BREEAM, LEED and WELL certifications, with special emphasis on LEED.

- Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proactivity and ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously and independently.
• Commitment to hight quality and delivery times.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
