Job Description
YouGov is looking for a Team Leader (regional) to join our growing Survey Management team. You will be responsible for managing a team who are responsible for the delivery of research projects, as the linchpin between the client facing teams and the operational teams, ensuring surveys run smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a great position for someone who loves leading and developing a team and has excellent project management and communication skills. You will report to the Head of Research Services.
What will I be delivering?
As part of this role you will:
Be part of the Research Services department, critical to the success of achieving YouGov’s business OKRs for 24/25
Gain exposure to the three different teams within Research Services (CENX Data Services, Survey Management and YouGov Self-Serve). Offering a wealth of experience and development opportunities.
Your team will be the interface between Operations and Client Services - project managing the complete lifecycle of the project
Ensure the team is set up to support the client facing teams and liaise with the operational teams.
Coaching and supporting the team with any challenges they may face
Working with our QC Managers, to identify any training needs for the team, or individuals
Have a strong understanding of research tasks – checking links, tables, quotas, populating/ updating charts
Deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Test and shape the workflows and processes that feed into this team
What do I need to bring with me?
Experience of managing a team/ individuals with line management responsibilities
Minimum experience of 4 years in handling project management for research projects
Good knowledge of quantitative research
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
The ability to multi-task and handle several projects/ tasks at any one time.
Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills in English
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative, positive, and friendly attitude

Strong attention to detail
