We are looking for a Support Services Team Lead to join our Logistics team in Tulsa, OK.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm; ability to cover outside the normal shift at times, and weekends as needed.

Work Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of the day-to-day Logistics operations of the Tulsa, Oklahoma, branch.
  • Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures
  • Encourage logistics process improvements and best practices
  • Perform quality assurance checks of routes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Resolve any errors as requested by  team leadership
  • Research and resolve any errors while escalating when necessary
  • Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
  • Responsible for assisting Support Services Supervisor with reinforcing and managing policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
  • Assist with any gaps in Logistics routes as needed

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • "Associate's degree or higher is a plus"
  • 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position
