What can you expect in a “Communication and Project Specialist” role with TaskUs:
As a Communication and Project Specialist for the Global People Strategy Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that align with TaskUs's commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and socially responsible workplace. While this role is part of the DEI/CSR (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Corporate Social Responsibility) team, it also supports the broader objectives of the Global People Strategy department.
Your responsibilities will include internal communications and oversight of key strategic projects that enhance the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of strategic communication and project management skills to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that advance TaskUs's people strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective communication and deliver successful project outcomes. A dynamic approach, paired with strong leadership and collaboration skills, will be essential for success in this impactful role.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience in strategic project management, ideally within People Strategy or Corporate Communication or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong communication, project leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, etc).

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in change management and crisis communication is a plus.

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in executive support, communications, or project management

Certification in project management (such as CAPM or PMP) or in human resources (such as SHRM-CP)

Skilled in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as project management tools (such as Trello and Asana).

Preferred certification in communication, such as creative writing or any other related field.
