What We’re Looking For

Breezeway is hiring for an Implementation & Support Specialist, APAC to join our team to support our APAC based clients and have an immediate impact on our client's onboarding experience & product adoption. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, keep a positive attitude, and have a solid willingness to learn continuously. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, self-motivated person who enjoys delivering results, working independently, and contributing to a growing team.  This role is required to support clients in Australia and over the APAC region and thus must be based or flexible to work in those time zones. 

 What You’ll Do

Implementation & Onboarding: 

    • Lead the onboarding process for new APAC clients, ensuring smooth integration of Breezeway's platform.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to clients' operational needs.
    • Customize workflows and configurations to align with clients' business processes.
    • Monitor client progress post-implementation, providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
    • Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using Breezeway. 
    • Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are consistently met.
    • Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process. 
    • Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.

Client Support:

    • Serve as the primary contact for APAC clients, addressing product performance and functionality issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
    • Educate clients on leveraging Breezeway's tools to streamline their workflows.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management.
  • Experience in Technology or SaaS company
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients.
  • Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively.
  • A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations. 
  • A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data.
