The Position

Support is a key area in our Company, and we are proud to have a top-notch in-house Customer Success team who makes our users’ experience flawless. To take our support to an even higher level, we are looking for a Support Engineer who’ll work alongside them and our Engineering team in helping our users.


This is a hybrid position based in Santiago, Chile. You’ll be required to come into our office at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available in case you want to make use of it more often.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the bridge between our Customer Success team and the Engineering team.
  • Troubleshoot user issues that are escalated by our Customer Success team.
  • Define and create support tools to help us better understand trends, troubleshoot data problems, and assist our Customer Success team.
  • Interact with users to help troubleshoot any engineering or data-related issues they might encounter.
  • Communicate constantly with the rest of the Engineering team to learn how everything works and share what users are having problems with.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a developer or support engineer
  • Experience with Javascript and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency; all of our meetings and internal communications are in English
  • Based in Santiago, Chile

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with: Google Cloud / Firebase / Firestore, Retool, Mobile apps, one or more modern front-end web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

  • Monthly salary of CLP $2.200.000 - $2.700.000 (líquido)
